Long and active wing player with good athleticism, Javon was a handful for opposing teams all day long and made good things happen with the ball in his hands. He slashed his way to the rim for buckets, and finished strong in traffic. He did a great job running the floor hard in transition and scoring on the other end. Demonstrated a solid outside shooting stroke when spotting up. Determined rebounder on both sides of the floor and has nice versatility as a defender. The West Georgia standout averaged 17 ppg and 9 rpg this past year and looks to be a prospect that regional Juco's and NAIA programs will be pursuing as a high energy wing.
The second part of the Dynamic "Tako Brother" duo; just like his twin brother, Paul was also a force throughout the day. With excellent size, He impressed with his ability to play facing the basket, knocking down an array of fluid jumpers from 17 feet and beyond. He also took his man off the dribble from the wing several times for nice scores. While his game seems to be a little more perimeter orientated than his brother Sila, Paul did show some solid interior footwork and the ability to score in the paint. He had his fair share of blocked shots on the defensive end was a good anchor in the team defense. Vocal and good teammate. Similar to his twin, Paul has great upside and will be an excellent pickup for a program at the next level.
Among the top point guards in attendance, the First Team All-Region selection plays with a great motor and does numerous things well. He is a duo threat as both playmaker and scorer. He has good court vision and delivered assists with precision. He exhibited a solid three point stroke and the ability to attack the rim on penetration. Strong on ball defender who harassed opponents into turnovers. Showed off his athleticism with a nice dunk in transition. His talent and strong production combined with 4.0 GPA make Braxton a highly attractive target for academic orientated small college programs this Spring.
One of the top scorers in Georgia, the All-State selection once again proved to be a nightmare to opponents with his ability to put points on the board. He has it a his best when using his quick first step to attack off the dribble and get in the lane for backboard finishes, soft floaters, and short jumpers. Uses length and deceptively strong frame to his advantage. He has the ability to get very hot from three point range when the defenders gives space. He gets down the floor well in transition. Player who is wired to score the basketball. Held several offers coming into camp and certainly looked to add to that interest with his performance at the event. Great opportunity for a school to bring in big time scorer who can make immediate impact as an offensive weapon.
High ceiling prospect with combination of length and athleticism, DeCameron showed flashes of the talent and potential that has made him a sought after target of several College programs. He runs the floor really well in transition and is known for highlight reel finishes above the rim. He is a good rebounder and his length and leaping ability makes him a valuable rim protector. Has the abilty to stretch the defense with an accurate, albeit unorthodox, three point shot. Had a fantastic Senior season for Lafayette squad that was one of the best in North Georgia this past season. DeCameron has all of the tools to be a a very good player at the College level. With continued development and consistency, we are very confident he will get there.
