Saturday September 21, 2024
"Recognized as one of the Nation's Top Fall Exposure Camps"
Reasons To Attend
COMPETITION - Now in its 21th year, the SEBA All-Star Shootout is one of the most competitive Fall Exposure events in the nation. The Camp will bring together top players from throughout Georgia as well as out-of-state prospects. Past participants have represented Georgia as well as the states of Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Indiana, D.C., Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. The Camp has also attracted International Talent from Puerto Rico, Germany, Serbia, Poland, Spain, Bahamas and Australia.
COLLEGE EXPOSURE - Every Player in attendance is given the opportunity to demonstrate their talent to the college coaches in attendance. Top NCAA Division II, III, NAIA and Juco College Coaches from throughout the South will be in attendance. Over the past two decades, the SEBA Showcase has attracted more college coaches and provided more college opportunities/scholarships than any other Fall Exposure Event in Georgia and the Southeast.
In addition to the College Coaches in the building for the camp, we also put together an in-depth scouting report highlighting many of the event's top performers. This report is posted on our website throughout the year and is viewed by many College Coaches across the nation. We also promote top performers from the camp via social media throughout the year.
Special Note: NCAA rules prohibit Division I coaches from attending any Camps or Tournaments during this Fall calendar period. However, our comprehensive post camp report highlighting the event's top performers each year is regularly requested by Division I schools looking for available Senior and Junior talent, as well as high potential underclassman.
ORGANIZATION - Event is very well organized to provide optimum experience for players and coaches. All scrimmages are called by GHSA certified officials and structured to be "team ball" orientated. All players receive equal playing time. College Coaches guide contains detailed profile info for all players. Staff coaches are also present on each court to evaluate talent and monitor games.
FACILITIES – The Camp will be held on the beautiful campus of Pope High School, which is located in Cobb County (Metro Atlanta). Pope's sparkling new Arena houses multiple regulation courts which are ideally suited for a showcase event.
PROMOTION – Over the past 19 years, Over 1,300 + SEBA players have received scholarships and gone on to play college basketball. This includes players at all levels (NCAA D1, D2, D3, NAIA and Juco College Programs). Click Here for a listing of SEBA Alumni. The SEBA Staff regularly offers follow up assistance to camp participants with their college endeavors.
