2025 SEBA Senior Showcase (Event Recap)

The 2025 SEBA Senior Showcase took place this past Saturday, March 15th, at Pope High School in Marietta, Georgia. This year's Showcase had a special framework, as the event was FREE for all participants due to the generous support of The December 21 Foundation. Sixty (60) Senior participants were selected to participate from among the 175 players nominated by their respective high schools.  

Long recognized as one of the nation's top Spring events for Unsigned Seniors, this year was no different as Twenty-Eight (28) College Coaches were in the gym to evaluate the talent on hand. The roster consisted of highly accomplished players, all of whom were named All-Region, All-Conference, All-County and/or All-State this past High School season. 

The event began with a brief introduction by SEBA Founder and Director Billy LoPresti. Following the introduction, Georgia Basketball legend Courtney Brooks delivered a powerful speech which captivated all in attendance. Coach Brooks passionately spoke on the importance of pursuing dreams, gratitude, and faith. Fresh off the inspiration, the players moved into competitive 5-on-5 play. Each team competed in pool play games which then led to a single elimination Tournament where an event champion was crowned.
