SPRING TIER TRAINING PROGRAM (SPRING 2008)

SEBA Atlanta will be offering the Tier Training Workout Program this Spring. This program has been highly successful in allowing players to improve fundamentals and develop higher level skills during the crucial Spring Months.

This is program is suited for the serious player who wants to take his game to the "next level" leading up to the start of the High School season. We offer several workout divisions or "Tiers" (ranging from 9th Grade to "Rising College") which accommodate different levels of ability and playing experience (see divisions below).

Please Note: The SEBA Spring Training Program program will serve as an excellent instructional compliment for those players playing on the competitive AAU/Travel Ball circuit. While participating in competitive AAU/Travel ball can certainly bring many benefits to a player (especially advanced level high school players); it important not to neglect your skill development in the Spring/Summer months. This is the time of year for players to make great strides in your game! It is important to remember that this happens through a concentrated focus on skill development. Players need to be actively working on their skills and adding new elements to their game. This will not happen from solely playing in weekend tournaments and/or leagues.
