SPRING TRAINING PROGRAM

In addition to the team training sessions we are conducting with different high school and travel ball programs this Spring, SEBA Atlanta will be offering "Open" training groups for individual players. These training groups will be an excellent opportunity for individual players to develop their skills during the Spring Months.

Please Note: This workout program will serve as an excellent instructional compliment for those players playing on the competitive AAU/Travel Ball circuit. While participating in competitive AAU/Travel ball can certainly bring many benefits to a player (especially advanced level high school players); it important not to neglect your skill development in the Spring/Summer months. This is the time of year for players to make great strides in your game! It is important to remember that this happens through a concentrated focus on skill development. Players need to be actively working on their skills and adding new elements to their game. This will not happen from solely playing in weekend tournaments and/or leagues.
