Individual Private Instruction
- Individual one on one lessons lasting one hour in duration. These
sessions are available for the player who seeks intense workouts
suited to his/her individual needs. Private Instruction is offered
on session by session basis or in extended packages of multiple
sessions. Parents can choose for sessions to be held at either player’s
home, neighborhood court, or one of our indoor facilities.
Partner Instruction – These partner workouts
are an excellent way for friends or teammates to work on their skills
together. Strong focus is placed on improving each player’s
offensive skills, with significant focus placed on shooting, ball
handling, passing, and "scoring move" fundamentals. Partner
instruction offered in packages of 5 or 10 workouts.
Team Training/Clinics - Training Program designed
for Middle School, High School and AAU/Travel Ball Programs. Training
is conducted for Team members to improve fundamental skill development,
physical conditioning/agility while also focusing on team specific
goal iniatives (examples include Half Court Team Defense, Fast Break-Uptempo
Play, Running Motion offense, etc.) Training can be arranged on
a regular basis (ex: weekly or bi-weekly) or on a one date Clinic
type basis.
Tier Developmental Program - This unique SEBA
program designates ten separate tier levels of basketball development,
ranging from “Basic Fundamental” to “Elite High
School”. Highly focused workouts are held in small player
groups (typically 7-8 players per group). Workouts are tailored
to each Tier’s specific curriculum. Players are grouped according
to age and playing experience. Ages 12-19 are eligible. (Click

Tier Levels
- Tier I
(Subset A, B, C)
This program places high emphasis on the basic fundamental skills
of the game. Each player will learn basic skills and strategies
that allow for future development.
(Curriculum examples: 7 Points of Shooting The Basketball Properly,
Basic Ball Handling skills, Defensive Stance, The proper way
to practice, Basketball rules.)
- Tier II
(Subset A, B, C)
This program introduces some higher-level skill development, while
stressing strong emphasis on basic fundamentals of game.
(Some Curriculum examples: Dribble moves into shot, Defensive
Footwork - Agility, Development of “Off” Hand, Feeding
the Post, One-on- One scoring moves, Advanced ball handling
skills, Help side “D”.
Recommended for ages 12-15
- Tier III
(Subset: Freshman, JV, and Varsity Levels)
This program is offered for the accomplished High school player
whom has a working understanding of the game fundamentals and
seeks instruction in finer points of the game.
(Some Curriculum examples: Handling Defensive Pressure, Shooting
Proper “Jump Shot”, Scoring Moves in Post area,
Plyometric Training (increase vertical leap-quickness), Mental
Aspects of game- responding to slumps, adversity, etc., The
“Lost Art of Passing - (setting up teammates, seeing the
floor, etc.)
Recommended for ages 15-18
- Tier IV - ELITE
This program is offered to the standout Varsity player whom
is a college prospect. He/She has mastered the basic fundamentals
of the game and is ready for advanced skill development. Curriculum
is focused on preparing player to perform at an elite high school
level. Elite level membership includes opportunity to participate
in invitation only scrimmages with current and former college
players.

back” Jumpshot, Attracting attention of College Coaches,
Scoring within a Team Framework, Tricks to getting open, Guarding
the opponents “Best scorer”, Strength and conditioning
instruction with emphasis on proper running and jumping techniques,
Understanding tempo and how it effects all basketball games,
“8 key characteristics of a true team leader”.
