2008 SEBA TAMPA SPRING COLLEGE SHOWCASE

The 2nd Annual SEBA Tampa Spring College Showcase was held March 8th (Girls) and March 15th (Boys) at Tampa Prep in Tampa, Florida. The girls event played host to 30 prospects from throughout the state with the boys event at full capacity with 90. The talent level was high, with several of the State's Top Unsigned Seniors in attendance for both showcases. Additionally, there was an impressive group of underclassman who made their mark throughout the day.  

Each Showcase featured a full day of basketball action. The event began with all players participating in fundamental drills stations conducted by some of the state’s top coaches. All players then competed in half court 3-on-3 games, and finally full court 5-on-5 scrimmage games with their respective teams throughout the afternoon and early evening.   

We want to extend thanks to all of the High School and AAU coaches throughout Florida and the entire Southeast who supported the event. We also want to send special thanks to Robert Burke, Walter Perkins IV, Rashard Simmons, and Joe Fenlon for their assistance with the camp. We would also like to extend a special thanks to Anndrikk Frazier and the Millenium Mentors program for their support.   

**Please note a written evaluation of the top players for both the girls event and boys event has been emailed to college coaches throughout the Southeast**

NOTE: THE TOP NCAA DIVISION II, III, NAIA AND JUCO COLLEGES FROM THROUGHOUT THE REGION  WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE TO EVALUATE TALENT.

ELIGIBILITY:

All Participants must receive recommendation from either their high school/travel coach or receive direct invitation from the SEBA Staff. Registrations submitted without this criteria will not be accepted.
